As required by Gaffiefd County; Capstone Enterprises West, L-LC inspected the
Onsite Waste-water Treatment System (OWTS) installed at Lot 28 in the, Rapids'
View Subdivision. The inspeetion is to, verifu that the materials w.ere as
anticipated and that the construction met design plans as well as the Garfield
County Health Department standards.
Capstone personnel inspected the system during construction and upon
completion. The excavated materials'were as expected. The bed was the proper
size,and the elevation of the system provides an adequate thickness of suitable
soils- The final inspection was performed once the pCIwer ru/ìas connected to the
pump. The pump cycled as designed and the alarm system function properly.
The construction met the project requirements.
The OWTS for the residence is approved as installed. A drawing of the as-built
