The site was inspected as follows:

compacted
Excavated material were as anticipated trom previous geotechnical reports
Testing showed good moisture and compaction
Pad approved for backfill
711312017 AM Backfill placed moisture conditioned and compacted

Pad approved for next lift of backfill
411512017 PM Pad brought to Final grade and compacted
Testing showed good moisture and compaciion
Pad approved for concrete
The preparation of the basement foundation pad at Lot 28 in the Rapids of Colorado subdivision meets
the requirements for the construction of the residence. Capstone approves of the compaction. The
soils at this site are suitable fsr a foundaüioro,desiìgned.fo{r rqìaxiiqtu{qnr bezuiùngicapaciûy of 2,000 psf. The
