Walters Company installed the system. The system installation included a new 1250-gallon, two-compartment Valley Precast concrete septic tank with an Orenco® Biotube Pump Vault and Orenco® PF3005 pump. There is an effluent filter in the the second compartment of the septic tank. This filter must be cleaned annually, or as needed. The control panel for the pump was installed in the garage, within line of sight of the septic tank. Valley Precast performed start-up of the pumping system in February 2018. The soil treatment area is a Non-Pressure Drip Dispersal System (NDDS). The pump floats have been set to dose 45-gallons each pump cycle. Effluent is pumped through a 1.5-inch diameter transport line to a Model 6405 Automatic Distributing Valve (ADV), which was installed in an insulated riser at the high point of the line and is accessible from grade. Effluent is distributed via 1.5-inch diameter transport pipes from the valve to five NDDS sections. Each section consists of a 2-inch diameter manifold and five 2-inch distribution laterals, each 66-feet long. Laterals have ¼-inch orifice holes at 6 o’clock, 8-inches on center. Dispersal laterals were installed a minimum 12-inches and maximum 30-inches below grade. A 2-inch diameter inspection port, connected to the distal end of one lateral in each section was installed. The OWTS was generally installed according to specifications. This observation is not a guarantee of workmanship and/or parts and materials. ALL SERVICE septic, LLC should be notified if changes are made to the OWTS in the future. Any additional OWTS construction must be according to the county regulations. LIMITS: Observations are limited to components that are visible at the time of the inspection. The installer must have documented and demonstrated knowledge of the requirements and regulations of the county in which they are working. The quality of the installation is dependent of the expertise of the installer, soil type, and weather conditions. Please call with questions.
