INSULATION CERTIFICATE
Roof area - R38 u/f batt insulation with a 4 mil polyethylene vapor barrier and polystyrene baffles installed at available eaves. This
includes garage area.
IIeel Cuts at exterior rafters— 4" Average spray applied closed cell rigid polyurethane foam (R28) with R11 unfaced batt insulation
extending 16" up the roof slope. (Total R38)
Heel Cuts at 2x4 truss blocking in bed room suites -4" Average spray applied closed cell rigid polyurethane foam (R28) with R11 unfaced
batt insulation extending 36" up the roof slope. (Total R38)
Skylight walls- R30 unfaced batt insulation with a 4 mil polyethylene vapor barrier.
Exterior walls and knee walls- R21 unfaced batt insulation with a 4 mil polyethylene vapor barrier. Includes exterior garage walls.
Garage common wall- R21 unfaced batt insulation with a 4 mil polyethylene vapor barrier.
Interior partitions and knee walls- R11 Kraft faced insulation to all.
Rated foam chinking of windows, exterior doorways, and plate penetrations.
