The steel reinforcement placement observations were presented in reports daled lt[ovember 3 and î7,20ï7 and concrete strength report dated November 7,z}fi. The soil conditions at the lot were presented in our report dated August 3 l, 2û l6 and suitable for supporl of a structural slab designed for a recommended allowable bearing pressure of 1,500 psf or subgrade modulus af 125 tcf. The observed steel reinforcement placement was in accordance with the structural drawings. In our opinion, the bearing conditions and steel reinforcement placement are consistent with the foundation design drawings.
