Gentlemen
As requested, we are providing a summary of our observations at the subject site for the building
foundation bearing and steel reinforcement. The steel reinforcement placement observations
were presented in reports daled lt[ovember 3 and î7,20ï7 and concrete strength report dated
November 7,z}fi.
The soil conditions at the lot were presented in our report dated August 3 l, 2û l6 and suitable for
supporl of a structural slab designed for a recommended allowable bearing pressure of 1,500 psf
or subgrade modulus af 125 tcf. The observed steel reinforcement placement was in accordance
with the structural drawings. In our opinion, the bearing conditions and steel reinforcement
placement are consistent with the foundation design drawings.
