Hope, P.E., High Country Engineering, Inc., that work has been completed consistent with improvements described in the Subdivision Improvements Agreement. This statement of completion shall in no way relieve any other party from meeting requirements imposed by contract or other means, including commonly accepted industry practices. On the owner's behalf, High Country Engineering, Inc. (HCE) is requesting the release of all of the collateral being held by the County for the completed construction.
