ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF SATISFACTION
SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENTS AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT that:
WHEREAS, Aspen Equestrian Estates, LLC (hereinafter Owner), entered into a Subdivision
Improvements Agreement with the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado
(hereinafter "Board") dated June 5, 2000, recorded in Book 1191, at Page 230 as Reception No.
564581 of the Garfield County records on June 6, 2000, for the improvements of Aspen Equestrian
Estates PUD Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the obligations of the Owner have been satisfied, as verified in attached
statement from Leslie A. Hope, P.E., High Country Engineering, Inc., that work has been
completed consistent with improvements described in the Subdivision Improvements Agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, at the request o he Owner and in consideration of the premises and
prior agreements, the Board hereby acknowledge e satisfaction of the Subdivision Improvements
Agreement entered into by the Owner and the : 5 and for the • + Equestrian Estates PUD
Subdivision, and releases all security.

Dear Mark:
Based on periodic observations of the construction in progress, all of the required improvements
have been completed in compliance with the Subdivision's Improvement Agreement, approved
construction documents, and the Garfield County Regulations. This statement of completion
shall in no way relieve any other party from meeting requirements imposed by contract or other
means, including commonly accepted industry practices.
On the owner's behalf, High Country Engineering, Inc. (HCE) is requesting the release of all of
the collateral being held by the County for the completed construction.
