2.) Basis of bearing for this survey is a bearing of S.89°31'10"E. between
the Southwest Corner of Section 31 and the South Quarter Corner of said

3.) Pipeline easement, Reception No. 217443, follows County Road No. 100
along the northerly edge of said road, more or less.
4.) The property line along the County Road and the centerline of the river
is according to a map prepared by Scarrow & Walker, Inc. in 1974.
5.) No further divisions by exemption from the definition of subdivision
will be allowed.
6.) Each lot may be subject to engineered foundations and septic systems.
7.) Portions of the site are subject to 100 Year Flood Plains.
