THE FOLLOWING PLAT NOTES WERE REQUIRED BY GARFIELD COUNTY REGULATION AND AS
SUCH ARE NOTA PART OF THE SURVEYORS CERTIFICATION HEREON.
1. NO FURTHER DIVISIONS BY EXEMPTION FROM THE RULES OF SUBDIVISION WILL BE
ALLOWED.
2. ALL RECOMMENDATIONS MADE BY THE RIFLE FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT SHALL BE
FOLLOWED.
3. NO NEW OPEN HEARTH SOLID -FUEL FIREPLACES WILL BE ALLOWED ANYWHERE WITHIN
AN EXEMPTION. ONE 1 NEW S

4. ALL EXTERIOR LIGHTING SHALL BE THE MINIMUM AMOUNT NECESSARY. ALL EXTERIOR
LIGHTING SHALL BE DIRECTED
INWARD TOWARD THE INTERIOR OF THE SUBDIVISION,
EXCEPT THAT PROVISIONS MAYBE MADE TO ALLOW FOR SAFETY LIGHTING EXTENDING
BEYOND THE PROPERTY BOUNDARIES. CONSULT WITH THE GARFIELD COUNTY BUILDING
DEPARTMENT FOR DETAILS
5. FOUNDATIONS AND INDIVIDUAL SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEMS SHALL BE ENGINEERED BYA
PROFESSIONAL REGISTERED ENGINEER WITHIN THE STATE OF COLORADO.
6. ANY NEW BUILDINGS SHALL AVOID AREAS OF NATURAL DRAINAGE. NATURAL DRAINAGES
SHALL BE PRESERVED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT POSSIBLE.

BOUNDARIES. THE REQUIREMENTS SHALL BE INCLUDED IN THE PROTECTIVE COVENANTS
FOR THE SUBDIVISION WITH ENFORCEMENT PROVISIONS ALLOWING FOR THE REMOVAL OF A
DOG FROM THE AREA AS A FINAL REMEDY IN WORST CASES.
