First lssue: the columns bought by the c1lent ín Ner¡Mexico. The eolumns have been turned to some degree to 4Ineh dianete". That only occurs in limited loeatíons andtherefore limited impaet on the stlength. In additíon a 4,,diameter eolumn is good for 20 r721+ pounds of compressíon.The
maximum l-oad subj ected to these columns is 72 r075 pounds "

However thecontractor intends to ínsta11 flexible underground insulationaround the pípíng. If the pipg line ís emptied at leastI2t -0tt f rom the builcting and rlown hill f ron the buildingit cannot effect the area of soil suppo"ting the building
