Inspection of shop fabrication or field work at job site: Field
Report: Inspected/observed installation of epoxy anchor bolts at column bases top
of foundation walls grids 1/12, L/14, and L/17.
It appeared that the epoxy anchor bolts inspected above were being installed in
substantial conformance with the plans & the manufactures requirements.
Further inspections will need to be performed as work progresses on the project.
