Inspection of shop fabrication or field work at job site: Field
Report: Inspected high strength A325 bolting at steel beam & column
connections, and verified anchors/anchor nuts were installed at column bases that
were not inspected on the previous visit. Bolting inspected above was at the
foundation to main & upper framing area grids I to Q from 4 to 12.
The bolting inspected above appeared to be in substantial conformance with the
plans, and the requirements of the AISC/RCSC Specification for high strength
bolting.
Further inspections will need to be performed on the remainder of the project.
