HomeMy WebLinkAbout3.0 Director's Determination 03.27.2018Garfield County March 27, 2018 Malcolm Ross and Theresa Marie Terry 1510 Forest Service 300 Road Glenwood Springs, CO 81601 DIRECTOR DETERMINATION — Lorenston Exemption Plat Amendment — Second Amended Final Plat (File No. FPAA-02-18-8612) Dear Mr. and Mrs. Terry, This letter is provided to you, as the authorized representative for Garfield County File FPAA-02-18-8612, pertaining to a Second Amended Plat to adjust the lot lines between the existing Lot 1 and Lot 2 of the Amended Lorentson Exemption. This letter is notification that your request to amend the final plat of the Amended Lorentson Exemption has been reviewed by the Community Development Department and the Director hereby issues a determination conditionally approving the request. The conditions of approval are as follows: 1. That all representations of the Applicant contained in the Application submittals shall be conditions of approval unless specifically amended or modified by the conditions contained herein. 2. The Plat shall be subject to final review and approval by County Staff prior to submittal of the Mylar plat for final execution, BOCC signature and recording (See Condition #3). 3. The Applicant has 90 days within which to satisfy conditions of approval and provide the following documentation for BOCC signature and recordation: a. A plat mylar with signed Certificates that include Dedication and Ownership, Title, Taxes, Applicant's Surveyor, Lienholders and any mortgagees; b. Recording Fees. 1 Notice of this decision will be provided to the Board of County Commissioners who has the ability to `call-up' the application for review at a public hearing. You will be notified of the Board decision once it is received or upon expiration of the 10 day notice period (April 6, 2018).
