A secondary entrance has been provided per code requirements. Per my discussions with Mr. Tuttle, you have requested a letter addressing a t hour fire separation between floors. To the best of our knowledge and abilities, we have confirmed that the existing ceiling was finished with 5/8" Type X sheet rock. The home was framed with ljoists @ 16" o.c. and insulated with R-L9 insulation between floors. The subfloor materialis3/4" T & G o.s.B. with a floor finish of hardwood. The existing residence was approved and constructed per County codes in 2008, and per associated drawings.
