Dave,
I will get you the Topo asap. And yes, it is my understanding that I will not get my permit unfortunately
until this Lot Line Adjustment is resolved. I spoke with Andy and he had me apply for a grading permit so I
could at least start digging, and he also said that I will get my permit right on the heels of the directors decision
on May llth.
I knew nothing of this unresolved lot line matter until applying for my permit, I've been doing my best to
handle it, anything that you might be able to do to help expedite this permit would be much appreciated as I
have sold my house and need to vacate by Sept 1st. Thanks for the help.

Hello Dave, just checking in to make sure you got the topography map my wife dropped off yesterday? Also,
just making sure there is nothing else I'm doing to hold up the review process? Thank you.

Nic:
After reviewing your house plans in greater detail, I have the following questions that need to be resolved or answered
before I can finalize my plan review:
A. Site Plan Contours —The topographic survey you provided does not tie contours to actual site elevations, but
instead uses a generic 1000'-0" elevation start point. We need to be able to discern how the main level floor
elevation compares with actual site elevations above sea level. The Structural Engineer's plans show that Datum
Elevation 100'-0" = 6,982.35 feet above sea level, but we can't compare this number to the Surveyor's contour
lines. Please have your surveyor provide us with a conversion factor.
B. Soils Report — Provide a copy of the soils report by HP -Kumar as referenced on the Structural drawings.
C. Exterior Materials/Finishes — It's not clear what the intended exterior materials are, including siding and
roofing. Provide clarification, especially at garage and mudroom/laundry.
D. Flat Roof Above Mudroom1Laundry-- Drawings don't clearly illustrate how this flat roof area will be drained,
and a note about draining under EPDM membrane is ambiguous or incorrect. Please clarify and explain flat roof
drainage and wall/roof edge details.
E. Basement Windows — There are (2) window sills shown on East Elevation below grade. Will there be a window
well located at these windows?
F. Vented or Non -Vented Roofs — Please clarify if insulated roofs will be ventilated.
If you could get back to me with this requested information, I'd greatly appreciate it.
Thanks for your assistance —

Nick:
Thanks for forwarding this information over to me from the Surveyor. I have now completed my plan review, but before
we can issue the building permit, the Land Use Permit needs to be finalized. As I understand it from Claire Dalby, this
should happen on Tuesday of next week and we can then issue the building permit.
Once you pay final balances due on the building/septic permits & pick up your approved plans, you can call for
inspections. Calls logged before 4:30 pm on our inspection line answering system will be inspected on the next business
day.
Thanks again for your assistance in getting me the requested information.
