To Whom it May Concern:
The purpose of this letter is to address the construction of the Onsite Wastewater Treatment System for
Lot 2 Callicotte Ranch in Garfield County, CO. Boundaries Unlimited Inc. (BUI) visited the site on
February 8, 2018 and found that the system had been installed and backfilled. The contractor was
directed to uncover the ends of the chamber units and to removed excess cover from the absorption.
The installation included a 1,500 -gallon concrete septic tank, 42 ARC -36 gravelless chamber units in a
3x14 trench configuration and inspection ports.
Though backfilled, the revealled portions of the system indicated that the system had been installed in
conformance with the intent of the design. I have enclosed photos of the construction which were
provided by the General Contractor.
