Glen — as a following up to our telephone conversation earlier today and your voice mail to Rick, attached please find
the May 14, 2018 Application for Variance signed by both Rick and Maria. I have also attached the GIS Land Explorer list
of property owners within 200 feet of 4412-4418 CR 154.
Attachment 5 to the Application is the Warranty Deed between William H. Hauskins and Christine E. Hauskins, Grantors
and Richard Y Neiley, Jr. and Maria E. Maniscalchi, Grantees recorded September 27, 2005 at Reception No. 683089 in
the real estate records of Garfield County Clerk and Recorder. The third page of that recording is an Exhibit referencing
"A life estate in an undivided one-half interest in and to all oil, gas and other mineral rights lying in...."
Our office is searching the Garfield County Clerk and Recorders records regarding the last known address for the party
with the other undivided one-half interest in the mineral rights for the property located at 4412-4418 County Road
154. We will send you more information tomorrow.
Meanwhile, it is my understanding that you are arranging for the publication of the Notice in the newspaper with our
office to receive the billing. You also mentioned drawing up the Notice for us to arrange for mailing by May 25th and
posting.
In addition, you mentioned the Common Interest Community Application that will require a separate application
form. And, a discrepancy in the fee being $400, not $200.
