Engineer's OWTS Installation Observation Letter
On March 12th, 13th, and 15th I observed portions of the installation of the new
onsite wastewater treatment system (OWTS) tank, inlet and discharge piping,
sand bed with Eljen A42 modules, and distribution piping for OWTS permit #
SEPT -02-18-5114. The system including the septic tank, size and material of
the raised bed, and distribution piping appear to be constructed in general
accordance with the OWTS design.
An as -built drawing of the completed OWTS installation of components is
attached to this letter.
