NOTES:
1. This map has been produced per the clients request for a Site Plan Map
depicting existing conditions, proposed improvements with reference point
numbers to stakes set in the field.
2. All proposed improvements shown in OR hereon have been taken from
the client's current design provided by Steve James Riden Architect on May
22, 2018..
3. Date of field staking: March 14, 2018 based upon current design at the time
of staking. The current design provided on May 22, 2018 has slight
modification to the driveway and different location of underground utilities
serving the proposed residence. These changes have not been re—staked in
the field.
4. Units of linear measurements are displayed in US Survey Feet.
5. SGM will not be responsible for any changes made to this document after it
leaves our possession. Any copy, facsimile, etc., of this document must be
compared to the original signed, sealed and dated document to insure the
accuracy of the information shown on any such copy, and to insure that no
such changes have been made.
6. Fences shown hereon, if any, have been shown for general reference and do
not necessarily depict limits of ownership.
