Dear Building Official,
We have inspected the drainage system for the above feferenced property. The as-built
system has deviated from the approved plan by using additional underground pþing from the
downspouts to the drywell. However, we have determined the as-built system will function as
intended and will maintain off-site stormwater flows at or below historic rates.
Installation of heat tape for the system is highly recommended and should be installed prior to
winter weather. Not installing heat tape is solely at the owners' risk.
