Gentlemen,
A representative of t [uddleston-Berry Engineering and Testing, LLC (HBET) performed testing for the
subject project on July 14, 17, 19, 2017.
Periodic testing for the subject project is complete and any exceptions have been corrected. The open hole
inspection indicated that the subsurface soil conditions on the lot are consistent with the referenced report.
Therefore, based upon the recommendations in the referenced report, results of the open hole inspection,
and results of the field density testing, the subgrade is adequate for foundations constructed in accordance
with the County Minimum House Foundation Standards using an maximum allowable bearing capacity of
1500 psf.
