USED FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES. ANY SUBSEQUENT CHANGE IN USE OR OCCUPANCY
MAy REQUTRE ADDTTTONAL BUTLDTNG PERMITS AND/OR LAND USE CHANGE PERMITS.
THE OWNER,S USE OF THIS STRUCTURE MUST COMPLY WITH ..RURAL,,ZONE DISTRICT
REQUIREMENTS PER GARFIELD COUNTY,S LAND USE & DEVELOPMENT CODE.
4. THE ADJACENT'AGRICULTURAL BARN" AND ITS PROPOSED USE AS AN ,,EVENT CENTER,,
OR OTHER NON-AGRICULTURAL USES ¡S SPECIFICALLY NOT INCLUDED AS PART OF THIS
