Company's Operating Agreement, I have complete authority with respect to the
management of the Company.
2. The Company is the owner of the property commonly known as Storm King Ranch (the
"Ranch').
3. Brad Wattier is an independent contractor performing se,rr¡ices with respect to the Ranch
at the request of the Company. Mike Mikels is Ranch Manager. These two individuals
are authorized by the Company to submit applications for Building Permits with respect
to any renovations or new constn¡ction at the Ranch.
