INSULATION CONFIRMATION
SPECIFICATIONS:
R49 fiberglass loose fill insulation to flat truss exterior ceiling areas at house &, garage
Perimeter Accuvent baffles to truss exterior ceiling areas for proper attic venting
6 mil poly vapor barriers to truss exterior ceiling areas
R21 unfaced fiberglass batts at 2x6 exterior walls of house & sarage
4 mil vapor barrier to house and garaqe exterior walls
Tape & glue to all seams at all vapor barrier at exterior walls
R38 unfaced fiberglass batts to garage ceiling to conditioned space above with 4 mil poly
R34 polyurethane spray foam to 2xl2 exterior ceiling with Rl9 unfaced batts
Air sealing to all stud packs-window & door headers-top & bottom plates-rim joists-T-corners
Gaps at framing members and sealing to the sheathing seams at exterior
Foam to all windows, doors and all mechanical penetrations for proper thermal & air seal
R24 polyurethane spray foam to exterior and interior walls of cold room in garage
