The findings of our current observations and recommendations for the foundation design are prÊsented in this reporl. We previously observed the excavation for the building foundation at the site and presented the findings in a report dated December 15, 2017, Project No. 17-7-695. At the time of our prior visit to the site, fill soils had been placed in the southeast part which were recornmended to be removed in our December 15û report. At the tirne of our current site visit, footing trenches about 2 Get deep had been dug in the southeapt area and through the fill soils down to the natural clay soils. The footings had been formed and were covered with construction blankets. Based on our observations, footings in the shallower cut, southeast a¡ea can be designed for an allowable soil bearing pressure of 1,200 psf as previously recommended. ïf you have any questions or need further assistance, please call our office.
