Attached is a bigger plot plan to scale showing the home and set backs You also have the bigger blown up
version that shows more detail. This was tough to draw because of the size of the property.
Let me know if this works and I did draw it on LIxLT so let me know if you need me to send you a printed copy

Hi Dave,
An applicant from Clayton Homes, by the name of Brian came in trying to pay us S¿ZZ.OO for I believe it was a building
and septic permit. I sent him to yourvoicemailand l'm sure he left a message nasty with mine and Joanna's name. l'm
not sure where the 5422.00 amount came from, but he came in with check in hand for that amount. He claimed we gave
him that amount over the phone, which Joanna and I looked at each other when he said that, and I told him, "we don't
give amounts over the phone Sir." He said, "yes you did a week ago." I told him, "do you remember the name of the
person you were speaking with over the phone?" He said he didn't know. He asked if he could use a credit card, I told
him, "if it's for the 51770. and some change that we told you earlier yes, if it's for the 5422.00 only no." He was upset,
he made a point to tell Joanna and I that he drove all the way down from Grand Junction to turn this in. He asked if he
could leave his site plans with us. I told him, "l'd rather you not, because you haven't paid for the department to review
his site plans, and l'm sorryforthe inconvenience." He asked forJoanna and my name and emails. ltold him, "it's her
last day, but I would be glad to give you my name, phone number and extension, and email address. Oh, the lady who is
usually here ís Brooke, she will be back on Monday." So, I wrote down all of my information for him, and he huffed out
of the office. Brian then called the office hoping to pay the 5422.00 over the phone. I believe he was trying to get Joanna
and I in trouble. I was told if ever given a customer like this to forward or go get a Supervisor, which I was told to have
Andy speak with them. Since Andy isn't here Joanna and I decided to forward Brian to your voicemail.
Sorry forthe long winded email, lwanted to give you mine and Joanna's side of the story. Sorry, lwasn't sure who else
to forward this phone call to.

There's a few ahead of this permit application, but should be able to get to it this week & issue permits by end of week -
assuming that we have all required information. You'll be getting a call from the front desk once the permit is ready to
be picked up, and if I have any further questions I will contact you directly.
