I tried sending this message to Keith at your office but it got bounced back. Can you please forward it to him regarding
the Powers residence project located in New Castle?
Also, haven't heard from you in a while regarding 62 Sweetgrass in Aspen Glen. Have you continued involvement in this
project? . . . especially regarding construction of the fire-rated party walls? I know that they are still working through a
wide range of structural issues and heard again from Collette a few weeks ago, but she said she wasn't aware of
anything new from you regarding the party walls. lf you can give me an update, l'd greatly apprecíate it.

I am currently reviewing plans for Jeff & Amie Powers residence located at Gilead Gardens, Lot 7 in New Castle, but
before we can finalize our plan review & issue permits we require additional clarification or information related to the
following:
A. Site Plan Lavout - There are (2) conflicting site plan layouts included in the submitted set of drawings, both of
which are labelled Sheet AL00 (see attached PDF for these 2 different depictions of house layout relative to
building envelope). Option A is included as the cover sheet, but Option B appears later on in the set of drawings.
Please advise us as to which is correct and we will discard the incorrect version from the set of plans.
B. Soils Report - Structura I d rawings reference a soils report cond ucted by H P Geotech dated December 29, 2000
(Job No. L00672) but this report is not included in the application package. Although there is a more recent 2-
page addendum included, we need to receive a copyof the original reportaswell.
Please submit this requested information at your earliest opportunity so that we can finalize our review & issue permits.

The Owners had asked us to move the house on the lot. We made the revisions and sent them to him on 07-t2-
2018. They must have submitted both plans.
I have attached the correct plan they wanted to use. I have also attached a copy of the soils report.
