Reeently we reeeived a. letter from Mr. Rort Liston eoneerning
a subdivision exemption for the Sunlight Inn, and a request
to provide you with & letter eoneerning fire protection to
that area.
The pareel ref Lected in the sketeh plans is eurrently within
the boundr i es of the Glenwood Spr ings Rural Fi re Proteet i on
Distriet and would be servieed by the s&me.
It is my understanding that no developrnent is planned at this
time therefore we have no further eomments now. We will of
course need to review any future developernent p1ans.
