PETITION FOR EXEMPTTONS
Pursuant to C.R.S. 30-28-101 (10) (d) (L973) , as amended,
the undersigned, Warren E. Stults, respectful1y petitions the
Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado,
to exempt by Resolution a parcel of land, more fully herein
described, and for the reasons set forth herein.
1. Petitioner has a contractual rlght to purchase the
following descrj-bed tract of land in Garfield County,
Colorado, to-wit:
that part of H.E.S. No. 54 in Sec. 23 and Sec. 26,
Tsp. 4 So., Rge. 91W. , 6th P.M. (unsubdivided) con-taining 2.4 acres more or less, which lies west ofthe county road and adjoj-ning the property of said
purchaser, and further described as follows:
Beginning at a point that bears N 53o 40rw 40.15
chains to corner No. 1 of H.E.S. No. 54; thence
N 83o 07'E 7.15 chains; thence south along the county
road right-of-way 340 feet; thence South 40o west 130 feet
to the property boundary line between corner No. 3 and
corner No. 4; thence N 47o 14'W Lo the point of begin-
ning.
2. Said tract of land wilL be used soIeIy for agricultural
purposes and is contiguous with a 56 acre tract of land
presentJ-y owned by petitioner.
3. A copy of the deed of conveyance, will be filed with
the Petition and the Resolution if the exemption is
granted.
