Brief Description of Amendment: Move lot line between Lots 2 and
3 of the Tassada Exemption Plat to increase the acreage of Lot 3
from 22.586 ac. to 27.592 ac. and reduce Lot 2 from 28.372 ac. to
23.366 ac. and add a 50.0' access and utility easement between
the two lots.

4. Payment of Principal and Interest. Borrower shall promptly pay when due the principal of and interest on the indebtedness

5. Application of Payments. All payments received by Lender under the terms hereof shall be applied by Lender first in payment
of amounts due pursuant to paragraph 23 (Escrow Rinds for Taxes and Insurance), then to amounts disbursed by Lender pursuant to
paragraph 9 (Protection of Lenders Security), and the balance in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Note_

Sixth Principal Meridian, County of Garfield, State of Colorado; said parcel being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast comer of said Section 19; thence North 00°39'55" West along the
Easterly line of said Section 19, 549.69 feet to a point on the Northerly right-of-way of County Road
320, the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence leaving said Easterly section line South 58°40'04" West
along said Northerly right-of-way 320.32 feet; thence leaving said Northerly right of way North
