DESCRIPTION OF THE PROPOSAL: PROJECT INFORMATION AND STAFF COMMENTS Subdivision Sketch Plan and request fo:: exemption from funther subdivision neview. Elaine and Allen Sundmacher 3 miles southeast of Sift off County Road 335. The 8 acne tnact with the existing nesidence is served by a welt dug in the 1900rs and no negistnation exists on that wel-l. The applicant proposes to supply the 43 acr:e tract with a new well. The tr"acts will be senved by individual septic systems. The 8 acne tnact and house are currently senved by an existing individual septic system. The B acre tract will be senved by an existing 25r access fnom County Road 335. The 43 aclre tnact would be senved by a new access from County Road 335. North A/I South: A/R/RD East: A/I West: A/l B of the County Compnehensive Plan 1 mile radius, minor. environmental- The applicant proposed to split a 51.06 acne tract into 2 pareels of 8 and 43.06 acres each. The eight acre tract curlrently has a house, a bunkhouse, and sevelral outbuildings on it. The r:emaining acreage is vacant land. MAJOR CONCERNS AND ]SSUES: The Silt B::idge is schedul-ed for replacement l-ater this year. THe applicant should be::equi:red to pay arrpen lotrrassessment toward the cost of the bnidgers neplacement. REVIEW]NG AGENCIES: Town of Sil-t: No problems with the proposal. Division of Water Resou::ces: No response at the time the agendas wer:e mailed.
