tr'Iater Resources. Once a legal description is obtaíned, the
$1,000.00 fee and the $200.00 school- tax j.s paid, this will
meeL the requirernenËs for Ëhe resolution. At this time, I
am requesting at the mosÇ a monLh's extension to connpletethc detail-s.
Once agaí:n, thank you for your time and patience.

Re: Sundnacher Exernption
Dear Ms. Bowman:
We have received the above referenced proposal to separate B+ acres fron
a larger tract leaving a 4I+ acre parcet. remaiñing. There are twı houses and
an old well on the smaLler Tract. 'l'he well predates registration requirenents.
Thc larger tract is unirnproved at this time, but the appli-cants intend to use
it for a residential site.
We have evaluated this proposaL and deternined that we could make one
additional well available foi the larger tract. Current statutes would al1ow
a well for full dornestic use on the basis that this tract is over 35 acres.
However, this letter does not guarantee that a full donestic well will be avail-
able in the future. Any application for a well on the larger tract wilL be
evaluated according to statutes and policies in effect when a weLl perrnit appli-
cation is received.
Since a well would be avail-able to either parcel, t^/e can recornrnend approval.
Sincerely,

Dear Sir:
I have reviewed the Sunmocker Subdivìsion plans and found that
Mr. Sunmocker owns an irrigation pump that is capable of pumping seven(7) cubÍc feet of water per minute. Mr. Sunmocker stated that he wou'ldÍnstall a fire hydrant and keep it in workable condition the year yound.
In my opinion this would be better than the 10,000 gallon storage
tank.
