There are twı houses and an old well on the smaLler Tract. 'l'he well predates registration requirenents. Thc larger tract is unirnproved at this time, but the appli-cants intend to use it for a residential site. We have evaluated this proposaL and deternined that we could make one additional well available foi the larger tract. Current statutes would al1ow a well for full dornestic use on the basis that this tract is over 35 acres. However, this letter does not guarantee that a full donestic well will be avail- able in the future. Any application for a well on the larger tract wilL be evaluated according to statutes and policies in effect when a weLl perrnit appli- cation is received. Since a well would be avail-able to either parcel, t^/e can recornrnend approval. Sincerely, ¿*^ fu* Hal D. Sinpson, P.E. Assistant State Engineer HDS/KCK:nvf Lee Enewold, Div. Eng.
