Pursuant to C.R.S. (1973) Section 30-28-101 (10) (a) - (d) as amended, and
the Subdivision Regulations of Garfield County, Colorado, adopted January 2, 1979
Section 2.02.01 (d) and 3.02.01 the undersigned
respectfully petitioners the
Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County, Colorado, to exempt by resolu-

The SE4SW4 and the SW4SE4 of Section 14; the NE4NW4, and th
NW4NE4 of Section 23, all inoTownship 3 South, Range 87 West
of the 6th P.M.
Together with ditch and water rights connected with or
appertaining to said lands or any part thereof, in the •
Tucker Ditch No. 2 and water right adjudicated thereto, the
same being Ditch No. 44 with Priority No. 46 for .3 of a
cubic foot of water per second of time, and in the Haac No.
2 Ditch and water right, the same being Ditch No. 57, with
