Re: Stone Exemption
Dear Ms. Bowman:

State Engineer
We have received the above proposed Stone Exemption. The
applicant proposes to use wells for the water supply. This area
is tributary to the Colorado River and well permits can be issued.
We can recommend approval of the Stone Exemption.
We should point out that this application was received on
June 10 which is prior to our letter of June 12 that set forth new
policies for review of subdivisions.
