PETITION FOR EXEMPTION
Pursuant to C.R.S. (1973) Section 30-28-101 (10) (a) -(d) as amended, and
the Subdivision Regulations of Garfield County, Colorado, adopted September 1,
1972 and amended April 14, 1975, Section 1.02.17 (d) and 3.02.01 the under-
signed Henry D. and Jane Spaulding
respectfully petitions the Board of County Commissioners of Garfield County,
Colorado, to exempt by resolution the division of 0.41 acre tract of

more or less, and which tract to be subdivided is more particularly described as

A tract of land situated in Lot 6, Sec. 3, Tp. 8 S., R. 88W., 6th P.M., described
as follows: Beginning at a point on the Easterly line of State Hiway N. 133,
Federal Aid Project No. S. 0163(1), whence the Ni corner of said Sec. 3 bears N. 1`
59' E. 964.8feet; thence N.28°45' W. 214 feet along the Easterly line of said
