Anna, Go ahead and have your folks submit the grading permit application. I'm hesitant to tell you to go ahead and store
the equipment on site without the document being executed. Once all the conditions are met (and prior to the final sign
off of the BOCC) we can revisit moving the equipment to the site. Hopefully, that will help.

Good evening Sheryl,
After speaking with Brian Condie late this afternoon, the Airport's contract attorney will be working to create an
Acknowledgement document for Mr. Hatch to sign and then record. However, I understand the document won't be
ready for review until sometime next week and apparently some key County staff, as well as Mr. Hatch, will be
unavailable most of that time. Since we are so close in getting this last matter resolved, I would like to respectfully ask
the County to consider allowing the tower company to at least initiate applying for the grading permit and mobbing
equipment to the site. If there is any way you could authorize us to proceed on these, we would greatly appreciate it!
