Site Description: The area of the site which the Tingley's wish to transfer to the Hubbells is a long narrow strip of land approximately 500' Iong by 100' wide at it's widest point. The total acreage is .678 acre. The area of the site which the Hubbells wish to transfer to the Tingleys is a triangular piece to the northeast of the Hubbell property containing .103 acre. B. project Description: The applicants propose to transfer the parcels of land mentioned above for the purpose of a boundary line adjustment. No new lots are to be created by this action. III. MAJOR ISSUES AND CONCERNS: The total area is weII within the floodplain ano falls under the Garfield County floodplain regulations. III. RECOMII,IENDATION: The staff recommends approval with the following condition: I. A new legal description of both the Tingley property and the HubbeII property stratt be submitted to the Planning Division prior to the signing of the resolution by the Garfield County Commissioners.
