PETITION FOR EXEMPTION
pursuant ro c.R.s. (1973) secrion 30-2g-101 (10) (a) - (d) as
amended' and the subdivision Regulations of Garfield county, colorado,
adopted January 2, LgTg section 2.o2.oL (d) and 3 .O2.OL the undersigned
Everett Turgoose and Dorothy Turgoose respectfully petitioners the
Board of county connnissioners of Garfield county, colorado, to exemptby resolution the division of one 55.44 acre tract of land into two(2) tracts, one of 54.4L acres and one of r_.03 acres, more or ressfrom the definitions of "subdivision,, and ,,subdivided rand,, as the

1' Applicants have resided in their home located on the 1.03 acreparcel for fourteen (14) years and wish to remain in their home.
