This looks gÍeat,the only item i see that we can discuss is the dumpster toilet and parking
while grading. We would like to ask that dumpster and toilet be set inside the area of
disturbance. Parking while doing the excavation phase is allowed on the street until your
first load of lumber shows up.
The discussion about the roofing is based upon the reflectivity of it. We allow roofing
materials with a reflectivity up to .15, anything above is technically not allowed. Let me
know on this.
Other than that i feel you are almost there.
