Hi Dave and Andy,
Upon further review with my excavator and structural consultant, we can make the crawl space work in lieu of
the more complicated shallow footings submitted in the permit drawings. Please see attached.
With weather approaching, I'm hopeful we can start setting forms and rebar next week. Should I submit these
drawings as loose hard copies now or wait until we have permit and subnrit as a change order?

Hi Dave, an additional question arose over the weekend. Now that we've made progress with excavation,
we're seeing it's likely feasible to install a conditioned crawl space in lieu of the shallow footings I submitted in
the permit drawings. We haven't officially made the switch but would it be simplest to let the permit be issued
and submit the change order to the County or should I provide drawings ASAP?
Are the foundation inspections for rebar or after the foundations are poured?
