3. PIAITING. The real proPerty descrLbed in Exhiblt
.Ar shall be platted into lota and bl0cks aubetantially in
residential purlrcaes of any of the lots in Riverbend Subdivleion
untll the public inprovements described in Paragrraph I above
shall have been installed by Developer, inspected and approved
by the County. To enforce the terms of this Paragraph' the
Derarloper shall execute and record concurrently with the recording
of the subdivision plat for Riverbend a declaration of covenants
including, but not lirnited to, the re8trictions set forth in thig
paragraph 4. upor. completion of the installation of the public
improvernents described in Paragraph I above, the Developer shall
gi're written notice of completion to the County. The County shall
within ten days after receipt of such notice, inspect the work involvcd'
If the work has been properly installed, the county ehalI thereupon
execute and deliver to Developer a written release of the above der-
cribed transfer and occuPancy restrictions. If the rcrk has not been
properly installed, written notice of the deficiencies ehall prQtly
be given the DeveloPer. The Developer shall irnmediately corroct th'
deficienctee noted by the county and uPon completion thereof
the County will pronptly reinspect the aane'
