Joel & Constance:
We have reviewed and approved your application for building permit to remodel your commercial building located at
50629 Highway 6 & 24 in Glenwood Springs, and you should be receiving a call later today from our front desk to
confirm final balances due and pick-up instructions.
However, I wanted to point out to you that one of the conditions of permit is for you to contact Greg Bak — Deputy Fire
Chief at Glenwood Springs Fire District — to arrange for him to conduct a walk-through of your building so that he can
determine any specific fire code requirements applicable to your remodel project. Before our building inspector can
provide you with final inspection & a certificate of occupancy, we will need to receive a report from the fire district
1
signing off on your project. I have copied Greg on this email so that you can reach out to him either through email or you
may call him at (970) 384-6480.
Thank you for your attention to this matter & good luck with your project.
Dave Argo
