However, I wanted to point out to you that one of the conditions of permit is for you to contact Greg Bak — Deputy Fire Chief at Glenwood Springs Fire District — to arrange for him to conduct a walk-through of your building so that he can determine any specific fire code requirements applicable to your remodel project. Before our building inspector can provide you with final inspection & a certificate of occupancy, we will need to receive a report from the fire district 1 signing off on your project.
