RE: Glenwood Caverns Phase I Building Costs
Dear Dave,
Thank you for taking the time to speak with me on Friday 10/5/18 regarding our
submittal for the Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park addition. Below is a summary
estimate of the costs we anticipate for the construction of Phase I.
Excavation and concrete foundation and floor slabs: $65,000
Steel Framework and metal decking: $298,000
Floor Insulation and temp elec. Framework: $15,000
Electrical Conduits and initial hookup: $12,000
Total Phase !costs:
$390,000
We have based our permit application fee on the figures above. Please let me know if
