I believe it is Black Hills Gas now. They may want to move their gas line before there is any construction on top of it. As
per the agreement, "no improvements are allowed over or across the easement" and pipeline. We will need a letter
from the present user of the easement allowing the road before we can release the permit. Yikes, It is a high pressure
gas line.

I have attached the easement agreement between Bill and Rocky Mountain Natural Gas that we mentioned today. The
signatures are so faint they did not come through when I copied and scanned but Bill has the original where the
signatures can be read.
