Thanks for sending over this RES -Check compliance certificate. This works for not insulating edge of slab at the duplex
residence building, but we'd also like to have a COM -Check analysis for the Health & Counseling Center since it was
reviewed under the 2015 I.B.C. (as a commercial building). I think you will find the COM -Check to be very similar in
nature to RES -Check.
Sorry for the bit of redundancy, but this will be beneficial to have both certificates in our project files.
