This is a Letter of Authorization granting Paul Johnson of Pj Consulting i) authority to execute documents
related to the Minor Subdivision Application in Garfield County of Lot 47 of the Valley View Village
Subdivision in Battlement Mesa P.0 D., dividing Lot 47 into two lots of approximately 1.6 acres and 6.3 acres,
and 2) authority to execute documents related to the Building Permit in developing a Dollar General Store on
the new i.6 acre lot.
It is understood that any access permits and design submittals with regards to ingress and egress will be
presented to and electronically approved by seller.
