THIS MEMORANDUM shall serve as notice that , as Lessor, and
NANCY ORITE and SCOTT ORITE, as Lessees, entered into a Lease with Option to Purchase
dated as of October 26, 2018 (the "Lease"), with respect to the following described real property
(the "Property") located in the County of Garfield, State of Colorado:
Section 2, Township 7 South, Range 95 West:
MORRISANIA RANCH Lot: TR 32
Known by Garfield County Tax Parcel 2407-023-00-011, and commonly known by street and
number as: 258 County Road 355, Parachute, CO 81635.
The Lease provides for a term of three (3) years, with two additional one-year options to
renew. Under the provisions of the Lease, Lessees have the right to purchase the Lessor's
interest in the Property together with all buildings and improvements situated on the Property
upon payment of the purchase price as set forth in the Lease. The Lease is incorporated herein
by this reference.
