NE 1/4 bears N 89°52'35" E 1007.16 feet; thence S 02053'44" W 1342.00
feet to a point on the south line of said SE 1/4 NE 1/4; thence
N 89052155" W along the south line of said SE 1/4 NE 1/4 344.74 feet to
the southwest corner of said SE 1/4 NE 1/4; thence N 03017100" E along
