than 5172 with permeter baffles.
All baflles are foamed in at truss bay.
R-23 Blow in Blanket system to all2x6 exterior walls with vapor barrier
R-29 Hybrid (1.5 inches) R-10 of polyurethane sprây foam with R-19 unfaced batts to all
rims and box sills
R-19 unfaced batt insulation mechanically fastened to crawl space walls
6 mil poly to crawl space floor glued at seams and stem walls
R- I I unfaced batt insulation to all design ated 2x4 interior walls R-19 to 2x6 walls
R-21 unfaced batt insulation to garages common wall
R-30loose fill insulation to garages exterior ceiling with perimeter baffles
R-19 unfaced batt insulation to garages exterior walls
Foam all penetrations, doors and windows
Option:
(R-38 to garage ceiling and R-21 to garages walls if garage is heated) add $250.00
