Jillian: We have reviewed plans for the Haderlie Residence, but before we can finalize our review & issue a building permit we need to receive a letter verifying that the specific unit will meet Garfield County's snow load requirements of 40 PSF as measured at the roof. Although the CDOH approved plans cover a range of snow loads for their approved plans, we will need verification of compliance with our requirements. Please email a copy of verification for our records so that we can issue this building permit at our earliest opportunity.
