To Whom it May Concern:
The purpose of this letter is to address the construction of the Onsite Wastewater Treatment System for
Lot 5 Callicotte Ranch in Garfield County, CO. Boundaries Unlimited Inc. (BUI) visited the site in
October 2017 and found that the absorption field had been installed and partially backfilled and that the
tank had been set, but that the plumbing had not been completed. The contractor was directed to
continue with the installation according to the Plans and submitted the attached photos for review. The
installation included a 1,500 -gallon concrete septic tank, 48 Biodiffuser ARC 36 gravelless chamber
units in a 4x12 trench configuration and inspection ports.
Though largely backfilled, the revealled portions of the system indicated that the system had been
installed in conformance with the intent of the design. I have enclosed photos of the construction.
